[Dailydrool] milk thistle amount

I apologize, I had asked this question before, but ofcourse, I  forgot the 
answer.
If I give Dottie milk thistle, how much do I give her? She is  75 lbs.
Also should she be on a low protein diet????? If so, what kind  of dog food 
is best...........................thank you so much
