[Dailydrool] chin irritation

Awhile ago I read in the Bugler about a solution to use when your basset has
an under the chin irritation.  If anyone remembers the solution, I would
appreciate it.  We do have some pads the vet gave us to use but until we can
get some more, wanted to try this other method.
