[Dailydrool] Doggie cart question

Hi all,
 
Kay, a friend of mine,  has a basset hound named Abby who is afraid of the wheels of her new cart.  I have no experience at all with carts so I have no helpful hints for her.  Would anyone be willing to email Kay and help poor  Abby to like her new wheels?  Please!
