[Dailydrool] Allergy Food Trial

Hey fellow Droolers!

Looking for some advice/suggestions from others.  In my quest to clear 
up Mathilda's allergies, her dermatologist and I have decided to put 
her on a food trial (since we have had some improvement with the 
allergy injections, but not total improvement.)

So... just wondering what type of food other droolers have used when 
doing a food trial with their bassets.  Did you use a commercial 
brand?  Cook your own?  Anything you do or don't recommend?

The dermatologist said we can go either way (commercial or homemade) 
but I am interested in what others think.
