[Dailydrool] Retractable leashes

     I agree they are not safe.  The ones we have have locks
on them so you  can make them a fixed length when in tight
situations.  The only time we  let them run with the full
length is in a wide open space like a park where  there
isn't anything they can get caught on or wrapped around. 
This was a  tragic accident and my heart is breaking for
Kipper's family.
