[Dailydrool] Pierre's day so far

Pierre joined his Sat morning canine walking group today.  It was crisp, a little windy, but the sun was out, and it felt good.  The walk was at Belmont State Park, here on Long Island, and it was a good hour or so long walk.  Pierre had great energy for the first half, wanting to gallop at times, and even though he was rather tired at the end, he did really well.  He now has a crush on a 7 month old 99.3 lb Great Dane.  He kept rolling on his back for her.  It was a small gathering (20-25 or so) dogs and owners of various breeds. Benny, Windy and Annie bassets were there.  Pierre loves all three of them, but he mostly walked with Benny, his former classmate at Doggie U.  After, Pierre went to the Nursing home, and lots and lots of residents gave him a ton of scritches.  He did tricks for one lady, and that made her very happy.  One last stop at TD bank, and even the teller had a biscuit for him.  He will sleep well tonight.
