You can have her spayed anytime your vet thinks she is old enough--to help  
prevent mammary cancer, it is best to spay before her first season.
 
She should pretty well have her height by now, but she will continue to  
fill out until she is about 18 months old.  Some of her growth plates may  now 
close completely until she is closer to 2 years.
