[Dailydrool] Shelter challenge

Okay folks, the shelter challenge has started and I wanted to vote.  I presume we are going for BaRCSE ?  However, not being from the US of A, I have NOOOOOOOOO idea what State they are in!!!!!  They are "southeast", but the challenge site requires the exact State.  HELP!!  AND GET VOTING ALL OF YOU :)))))))
