[Dailydrool] shelter challenge voting

If I remember correctly, the first day or two of the new voting, the tab on top doesn't appear, and one has to vote by using the tab on the right.  I didn't "get it" till this past voting challenge, and I didn't get to vote the first couple of days in the past.  Just a heads up.
