[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

Two people who posted they couldn't vote were putting in NORTH Carolina, not SOUTH. 
Don't try to put in the entire name, that may trip you up. Just put in "basset" and the 
state SC and I think 2 rescues pop up and then you can choose the right one.  (I put in
NC the first time, too, and had to go back to the DD to check.)
