I'm sitting here at work, crying for Nigel, Bev, and John, hoping no
one walks into my office any time soon. I know every possibility of
treating Nigel has been thought of and considered carefully; this is
one of those times when there's just no answer, just sadness.

Bev, my heart is with you all, and my own husband will be devastated
for John, too, when I go home and relay the news.
