[Dailydrool] Molly

Our Molly is not doing well at all. She is refusing to eat anything, when just days ago she was first in line for her bowl. She is having difficulty peeing, and is very obviously not feeling well. We will take her the our vet tomorrow, and if they cannot fix what is wrong with her, then we will help her to the Rainbow Bridge, where our Tinkerbewwe ob da Thundering Herd is waiting. 
Molly is about 14 years old. We don't know for sure. She was a stray rescued from the middle of one of the busiest streets in Memphis, TN, 13 years ago. Molly was always the Queen B (for Basset) - pampered and coddled and loved beyond measure. She is petite in body, but extra large in heart and spirit. She is my Potty Pal - as long as she has been with us, she sits between my feet when I am on the potty. She was in the 2009 and 2010 Daily Drool Calendars along with Tinkerbelle. 
How do you say goodbye to someone you have loved for so long? How do you fill the empty spot? I don't know right now if tomorrow is the day or not. I do know that if not tomorrow, then soon. She has so many health problems now. Our hearts are being torn into a million pieces. If you have any drool to spare, we could use some here.
