[Dailydrool] Miss Maggie Mildred & Barney

Good morning. We took the babies to the ocean yesterday. Boy, did they NOT like it. Maggie wanted to roll around in stinky seaweed and Barney didn't like walking on the sand. It was not hot. We went early in the morning . They basically stayed up on the grass sniffing and going to the bathroom with Daddy while my 16 daughter Amanda and I went collecting shells. I got a couple of adorable pics I just have to figure out how to get them to Photobucket. 
Friday Barney had his first Vet check. Whoa !!!!! 76 pounds. I think he has gained a few pounds since he's been with us. Of course he's on a diet now. He's not happy about that.  
I wanted to ask anyone if they know about this.....When we walk Barney and we want him to stop or wait , he goes down on his front with his head resting on his hands and his bum is up in the air. Almost like he is bowing. I've never seen that before.
Also, since he is a boy and he is very low to the ground, how do i keep his little boy part safe, from hurting it or infection or does it just take care of itself ?
