Good for Louisana!! I wish they would have that law in Ohio. I am so tired getting on my soap box with these people. Of course I always wait till they have a potential adopter. One time at Walmart there was somebody else there for the same thing and we both thought the other was going to adopt.  We both said our peace and high 5 each other walking away. LOL
