[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

The next Shelter Challenge we were going to vote for 4 The Hounds Basset Rescue unless Bluegrass got there Petfinder paticipant status reinstated and if so we were going to vote for them. They finally are reinstated with Petfinder but it is not my choice but the choice of the majority of Droolers. 
I love both 4 The Hounds and Bluegrass so it is up to all of you please weigh in on who is next and I will promote whoever you all pick.
