[Dailydrool] Drools and such

I have to say that I have learned so much valuable information from posts
on the Drool. I have learned things I never realized, tried things I would
never have thought of, have laughed at basset antics (realizing that Quincy
isn't the only stinker on the planet), and cried when someone loses a baby.
I take it all, the good and the gripes, with a grain of salt. Life is too
short to be mad. Maybe someone has had a bad day or maybe someone is just
that type of personality that gets set off quickly. But letting it roll off
your back is much less stressful all around. If I don't care for something
I'm reading, I move on. And I do post on the Drool and I do send private
condolences for folks who have lost a loved one (because at a time of loss,
knowing you're surrounded by supportive people (online or private) really
means a lot.

On to the houndies. Quincy, it seemed to me anyway, had some excess mucus
in his poop (yuck) so I took him to the doc and the fecal came up negative
and his giardia test was negative, so they gave me several packets of a
priobiotic powder (which is supposed to help regulate and get back on track
the flora in his tummy). Well, after two days of sprinkling it on his food,
his breath this morning didn't smell like he had a piece of old meat stuck
in his teeth. And after breakfast this morning, we had a little Monty
Python symphony. Little Cleo 2 belched and Quincy made this
phhhhhhhhtttttttttt noise that I realized after a second was a fart
escaping. I just had to laugh out loud. Better gas out, than gas trapped,
eh?

And slinging tons of better smelling breath drool to everyone in need.
