I too have had problems trying to navigate the Archive system, (the gray 
cells are collecting rust) so I started saving ( copy & paste) helpful tips to 
my "notebook" files under "DD tips". Anything I might use in the future I 
put away so I don't have to start from scratch. You can have different files 
(health issues, vacuums, etc.) depending on your needs.
