I use frozen green beans for Colt & Ruger.  Lowest sodium that I  can find.   I just thaw them in the microwave by using my fresh  veggie setting for 1 cup of veggies.   The boyz love them.  I also use frozen green beans for treats.  The boyz like to play catch with them
