I agree with Camee 100% about this book.   I LURVE IT!  A word of warning, though:  Don't let your bassets read it or they will think "anything Fred can do, I can do better."   ;o)

  I don't know if this book has been mentioned called Anyone But You (A.K.A. Fred's book) by Jennifer Crusie but it is a favorite of mine starting with the fact that it has a basset hound on the front cover, I mean what could be better right? lol. This book is a comic romance that stars a basset hound from start to finish (with some humans in the middle providing pretzels and oreos for inspection). Absolutely hilarious and in my opinion a must read for basset lovers especially since along with bassets comes a ssense of humor.
