[Dailydrool] Training advice needed

We thought that Guinness had finally reached the status of "house trained".
 No accidents for quite a while.  Then I noticed that the living room was
getting stinky.  Caught him red pawed one morning.  Instead of taking a
left out the dog door, he turned right and peed on the living room rug.
 Right in front of me!!!   I'm running trying to find a towel and roll up
the rug to find...  black wood.  the little devil has been doing this for a
while and we didn't notice.  He also will go outside through the dog door
to the screen porch and pee (and poop) on the porch.  Other times, he runs
out the second dog screen door, down the ramp and does his business.  We
crate him at night, let him out in the morning and encourage him to do his
business outside ON THE GRASS.  He's almost 10 months old.

So this morning on his big walk, with the two four-year old bassets, he
finds something really stinky to roll in.  "Oh, da Poo-fume".

It's a good thing he's so cute with a hilarious personality.  Right now I'm
just not a happy camper.  Any advice on the potty training?
