[Dailydrool] Cysts removed

Good days! We don't post much but read and drool daily! Miss Molly had a cyst for about 4yrs.  Just this last month it has popped twice.  We had the vet remove and clean it yesterday and today it is getting goopy.  Vet said just to watch for infection (it's still open for drainage). Anyone know how to make it heal well? Just really scared of the open spot getting infected.
