[Dailydrool] Good old Ben

I almost had a heart attack this morning. Gave Ben some of his warmed raw  
diet with some beef broth(to get him to drink a bit more), and added about 6 
 pieces of dry kibble. Well, he ate most of the stuff and left the kibble. 
So I  put his cottage cheese on the left over kibble and he ate it. Now the 
thing  that surprised me was then I put a few more pieces of kibble in the 
bowl and he  ate it. I then gave him another small hand full of just the 
kibble(the stuff he  turned his nose up to for weeks), and he ate all of it. He 
has not eaten kibble  for some time now.  Tried just kibble for dinner, and 
it was a no go. So I  fed him his patty warmed in beef broth, and then put a 
few pieces in his  cottage, which he ate. I then gave him a small handful, 
and he ate it right  down. He may be treating the kibble as desert.  Did the 
same thing for both  meals today and he is eating the kibble.  I do not 
know why he will do it  this way, but what the heck, if he will eat it, fine.  
I also think he is  training me with the beef broth thing.  I have no idea 
how much he  should be drinking, but felt he should be drinking more, so I 
have been adding  lo sodium beef broth to his beef patty, and also flavoring 
his drinking  water.  He likes it that way.
