Just a reminder to people who have adopted dogs through rescues. There is usually a contractual obligation to return the dog to the rescue from which you adopted the dog if you can no longer keep the dog. Sandy - two of your bassets were adopted through Tri-State Basset Hound Rescue and one from Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter. Both of these rescues have clauses in their adoption agreements which state they should get their dogs back, so you should definitely contact them to rehome their bassets.
