[Dailydrool] Changing Votes

I'm concerned about changing votes from Ohio  Basset Rescue to the other 
group.  What happens if A Labor of Love and the  group that already won have 
an agreement with the c at t group that's behind A  Labor of Love and they give 
the c at t group their votes in the next round.   Then Ohio Basset Rescue is 
really knocked out of the running.  Any  opinions?
