I wondered where things stood on the Delgado/Buddy the Basset hound murder case and did a google search. Mr. delgado was arraigned on Nov. 19 on the animal cruelty charge, to which he pleaded "not guilty". He is being represented by a public defender. Bail was set at $30,000 and tHe defendant was ordered by the judge not to be within a distance of ten feet of any animal. the article did not mention anything about the arson charge, whether Mr. Delgado made bail or not, or when the trial date was set.
