The National Dog Show that is televised on Thanksgiving is the Kennel  
Club of Philadelphia show held on the Saturday before. Because the  
Phildadelphia club uses MB-F as the show superintendent, the results  
of this year's show are available on MB-F's Infodog website:

I missed watching the Hound Group as well, but according to the MB-F  
results, the Basset Hound who won breed was a dog named Henry (GCH  
Lyn-Mar Acres Blast From The Past), owned by Travis Ballew of Red  
Bank, New Jersey.
