[Dailydrool] Holly Blues

Hi, Droolers!  My husband Richard is reading a book called "Holly Blues" by Susan Wittig Albert, and in it, the main character has
a basset named Howard Cosell.  He's let me read some of the descriptions of the dog, and she really has mastered the characteristics
of a basset hound.  It brought tears to my eyes, we're still missing our Raymond so much.  But I can't wait til Richard's through with
"Holly Blues" so I can read it.  It's rare that one gets that kind of insight into a wonderful basset (despite his name.)  I still enjoy checking
in with everyone on the Daily Drool and love hearing your basset stories.  I hope it won't be too long before we're ready to welcome a new family member - but just not yet.  We're thinking about all our friends on the Daily Drool.               Beryl & Richard
