[Dailydrool] disastrous armpits

Many of our bassets over the years have had armpits issues.  Many, many years ago our vet gave us a prescription spray to use, but I can't remember what it was called - it had to do w/cortzone, I believe.  In recent years, Sadie and then Raymond had brokenout, rashy, hot pink colored armpits, and I started using Avon's "Skin-so-soft" bath oil.  I'd put it in a spray bottle and spray it on them, or us a cotton ball to apply- it really got rid of it in both cases.  Not permanently, but cleared it up for awhile.  Just thought I'd pass it on to my friends on the DD.  Many of my Kansas City friends have used it w/success.  I just wish Raymond were still here with us, but we're trying to get used to not having him around.                         Beryl & Richard
