Last Saturday I entered Tucker my basset in a local best dog contest.  
It won't surprise fellow basset owners that he won the best kisser award 
- which actually meant the friendliest.  He greeted everyone - dogs, 
kids, adults and they just loved him.  He gave the announcer a snooter 
kiss and had a lot of pictures taken.
I also heard the familiar story from folks about growing up with a 
basset hound.
