[Dailydrool] Losing toe nails

Dora injured a toe nail over a month ago and we took her to the vet.  He remover the nail and put her on a round of antibiotics and the nail is growing back normally. We just noticed she has lost a nail on the other front foot and two others (on the front feet) are about to come off.  Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? We are taking her back to the vet and I see on the web it can be caused by a fungus or an autoimmune disorder.
Any insight would be appreciated.
