[Dailydrool] Shelter Challenge

I, too, have had no problem voting. I just type basset in the shelter name
and click over to state where I choose WI. When I do that, Basset Buddies
from WI is displayed and eligible for voting.

It seems like typing buddies is messing things up for folks...even though
that's correct.
