[Dailydrool] RVing with bassets

First of all Kate, best of luck with the motor home.  I don't have an RV, 
but we recently purchased a used travel trailer.  My camping experience with 
the bassets was in my horse trailer.  On the horse and hound trips the 
horses had their own sleeping areas, either stalls or turn out.  The hounds 
and I slept in the trailer.  Upstate NY was quite chilly in May and I said 
it was a three dog night, but I only had two.  Your RV should be a bit more 
luxurious though!

In our camper, we just need a few more items, like pillows and a coffee 
maker and we should be good to go!  I have to think of a way to protect the 
screen doors from doggie nails as well.  We do plan to do a dry run at a 
local campground first though before we hit the road.
