[Dailydrool] Belly button lint

Hi all it's the clueless momPerson here,

I have wondered for a long time, but now I finally got up the nerve to ask.

Snoopy has a belly button.  An "innie"  And it is furry.  And between the 
blankies and the rugs and the furniture and his fuzzy navel he usually has a 
fine harvest of belly button lint. 

Do any of your bassets have belly button lint?  Is it only a guy thing (much as 
it usually is with humans) or does it have more to do with the fuzziness of the 
navel I wonder?  Neither Gracie nor LuLu has much of a navel nor do they 
accumulate belly button lint.

For those of you who are sure to ask, yes he has a bit of a hernia (opening in 
the stomach wall) there and yes I have showed it to the vet and no, it doesn't 
seem to cause him any trouble nor was she concerned about it in any way.
