  Prayers are coming your way for healing and for the tears to turn to
smiles!!  Be patient with yourself.
 
  So glad you have 2 furbabies to help you. Remember that they are grieving,
too!!  I believe that bassets grieve.
 
  Bassets are, like you said, just bassets, unlike other breeds.  They
attach right inside your heart!!  They seem to be part of you right until
the very end.  Even acknowledging the last good by!!
 
  Tilly, Phoebe and Harvey will send drool.  Those ATB will sprinkle stars
