[Dailydrool] bassets in need in different states

always always send the information to the basset rescue serving that area. if there is no basset rescue, contact the ones as close to that location. by putting infomration here and thinking they are reading the drool is a mistake..
so if you know of a basset needing help, facebook, email, post but send an email to the basset rescue.
