My two boys have been on Trifexis for about a year and for them, it is working fine with no side effects. they don't like the taste or texture or idea, perhaps-- is supposed to be chewable--ha! so I cut the rather large lozenge into tiny pieces and embed it in a piece of soft cheese or a chunk of chicken and it goes down fine.
