Thanks Diane for your post because I too was ready to throw out a huge bag my husband had just bought until I goggled them and found they were made in the USA. While they may be the equivalent of doggy twinkles , at least they aren’t potentially fatal. I wonder if the strips that made poor Elvis sick are a similar type of  generic beginn strips treat, but not the official Purina product. Georgia and Eugene
