[Dailydrool] Sending posts through Optimum.net

I just changed my main e-mail to Optimum and switched the Drool over to it. Then I realized that I have clue how to send plain text e-mails in Optimum. I searched for advice on their Web site and got nothing. Can anyone give me a clue, or will I have to use my Yahoo address for all my posts?
