Golden Gate Basset Rescue's Howl at the Moon Silent Auction is closing
FRIDAY.
8:30 PM, Adm. says.

"Simply splendid for howliday shopping," Adm. says.

Adm. instructs Houndservant to buy Basset Crap early and often For the
Cause (and for Houndservant's amusement, foisting it onto non-hound loving
friends,hehehehe. "What's combat pay for?"Adm. asks. Indeed.)

Adm. notes 146 items worthy of drool, including Houndservant's drool of
choice, an espresso machine (for keeping late night watch with Adm.). No
basset insignia to be seen, much less the colors of the Pacific Basset
Feet, but Houndservant will keep a stiff upper lip (while drinking said
expresso) and carry on.

Not to worry, Adm. says. There are plenty of authentic Basset Crap items,
including a very handsome large painting, a grace note to any room (esp.
officer's quarters), and a variety of small items perfect as stocking
stuffers.

Therefore: By order of Adm. JED "Snatch" Basset, Sonoma Admiralty/Golden
Gate Basset Rescue, Houndservant invites one and all to browse and BUY,
BUY, BUY. 100% goes to the good work of GGBR, one of the serveral Very
Impressive Basset Rescues represented on the Drool.

Buy early. Buy often. But, Houndservant must emphasize, buy before Friday
8:30 PM!
