High Country in Denver is there. Their web address changed, 
but if you google Colorado Basset Rescue it comes up. Basset
Buddies in Texas is there. I was recently in contact as I
saw 
a hound in a shelter, contacted them, and they sprung him. I
wanted to adopt this boy but logistically it didn't work. I 
have contact info at home if you need me to look it up. 
Several others I see listed I have seen posting here and 
there.
