[Dailydrool] Basset/Beagle in need in KY

Does anyone know how to contact a rescue that works in KY?  I tried Bluegrass but the website is gone.  There is a Bagle named Barney that was picked up as a stray with his brother on 1/5.  He is fully vetted but has tested positive for heartworms.  They are looking for a rescue to pull him and treat him and find him a home.  He apparently is a real sweetheart and just needs a chance.  They estimate him to be about 6 years old and he currently weighs 24 pounds.  If anyone can point me in the right direction to help the guy out I’d appreciate it!
