Kentuckiana Basset Rescue and Bluegrass Basset Rescue of KY are two rescue groups who have websites listing services to bassets. Kentuckiana is located in Louisville. Not sure where the other group is from. Hopefully one of them can take this poor baby who is heart worm positive. Cara Witkowski
