[Dailydrool] Potty Outside

A few days ago, Maureen on Facebook asked if there were Bassets out there
with big secrets. Guinness's big secret is so secret that I couldn't post
it on Facebook for my non- basset dominated friends to see.

He is "house trained".  He uses the dog door.  MacKenzie and Gallagher use
the dog door and go down the ramp into the yard to potty.  Not Guinness.
 It's too far.  He goes out the dog door onto the screen porch and does
potty.  #1 and #2.  Why should he have to go all the way down the ramp to
pee in the yard?  He has also been known to pee on the front porch (it's
gated).

How do I stop this??  He is walked 3 times a day - does his business like
the other dogs.  Now Mulligan is also peeing on the front porch.  People
have been known to stop in front of our house to take pictures of the 4
bassets - and then one of them pees.  Not a great picture.

He looks at me as if to say "What???  I pee outside"
