Just a reminder about our upcoming $5 Friday event coming
up this Friday through Sunday, March 7 -9 for Debbie's
Dawgs.  Tomorrow I will tell you about the senior hound
that will benefit from this month's $5 Friday.  Debbie 
would love this girl!

We're asking you to give up your latte or other special
treat you give yourself for one day and donate $5 to 
help a senior hound in need.  You can donate to our
Debbie's Dawgs paypal account debbiesdawgs at icloud.com
or, if you don't do paypal, email me about sending a check.
We are hoping to get 100 people to donate to help this
sweet old gal.

I hope  you saw Donna Funk's post about how Moon
Doggie Coffee is going to help us out with a gift card
drawing for $25 to Moon Doggie Coffee. Donna helps
bassets throughout the year and we are so pleased
that she's going to help us kick off our $5 Fridays.

$5 Fridays will be the first Friday of the month and
we'll be posting reminders and telling about a special
hound we'll be supporting.

If you're on Facebook and haven't checked our Debbie's 
Dawgs page, you have got to do this - yesterday was
particularly exciting.  I made a huge mistake and had 
somehow overlooked a hound for the Senior  Pawtner 
program - I posted Arthur's information on our Debbie's 
Dawgs page and within no time, people were volunteering 
to do something for this sweet senior who is being cared 
for by Basset Rescue of Florida.  In the end, it was a good 
thing for Arthur to have been forgotten because just about
every need this boy has is being met.  Truly heartwarming 
and it's what Debbie's Dawgs are all about.  

Don't you worry, Debbie - we are still believing and
Arthur is proof of that.
