I'm catching up on the Drools and just read Bev's post about Nigel's first tracking outing in two years. It was, indeed, a very good post! I've recently been commiserating with myself about slowing down as I get older. What an inspiration to read of Nigel just jumping right back in the game with all his former joy. Life lessons from Nigel, and I thank him for it (and Bev for sharing!)
