This is the last week in the fall shelter challenge...Sunday is the last day to vote. Basset Hound Rescue of Alabama is in second place with 38.8% of the votes. The current first place shelter has 42.71%. This has been the average split since the beginning of the fall contest. It is not an insurmountable difference to overcome!! Especially if we sneak up in the last week of voting! I usually vote three times. Once at home (with my home wifi) without signing in to my shelter challenge account...once with my account...and then I vote once more when I get to work (under the business wifi). This morning I voted two additional times by turning off the wifi on my phone and iPad (just go to Settings turn off the wifi, vote, and then go back and turn the wifi back on). It takes mere seconds. 

The prizes are not what they once were. It used to be $1000 for first and a bunch (100?) immunizations for second. Unfortunately, first is now $500 and second is a bunch of rescue magazines or flyers or something. You can see them here:

The difference,therefore, becomes much more critical between first and second! Please vote as many times as possible this week. Let's see if we can sneak up and pass the first place rescue!
