[Dailydrool] Llewis

When I left the OR they were closing Llewis up and he appeared to be just
doing fine. The spleen looks diseased but not critically. The consensus
among the 3 attendings was that it was pre-cancerous and definitely headed
in that direction, that it was good we had taken the spleen out.
SO Llewis will be home this evening. Doc said normally he would not do that
but since there is no one to watch him he would be better off at home.
We shall see.
