Yeh I remember that when living in a new posh neighborhood (son's not mine) 
and Miss Becky decided we were going to do a fb in the middle of the 
crossing.  I had to push her and people were laughing.  She did not like her 
bum touched.
But i also had an old Airedale having witnessed the flat basset scene often 
and was a very  obedient dog.  One day he wanted to go to the other side of 
the street and actually did a flat *Airedale?
I could not believe it !
They sure keep life interesting.
