[Dailydrool] einstein

einstein had a very happy 10th birthday yesterday, with a visit to petco
for a nail trim, where he also received a gift bag of cookies from the
staff, he had mcdonald's for dinner, and then visitied with my friend and
my granddaughter and her boyfriend when they came here to have dinner (not
mcdonald's).  today he went to the dr. for an eye pressure check, and it
was 16.  that was good news!  he is holding his own against the big G
(glaucoma).  his eye is now cloudy from age.........but he sees well
enough.  every nite after his walk he stands in the driveway and surveys
the block to see who might be out, meaning his dog friends or the kids who
he loves.  he just stares up and down the block until i repeatedly tell
there is nobody out but us........and then he comes inside.  nancy,
