I am not posting this to start an argument or even a discussion.
I am posting it for information's sake only, and for all of us, any one of
us who may someday for whatever reasons and circumstances will be glad to
have this on hand. It is an article about YOUR RIGHTS as a
dog/kennel/rescue person who has animals on the premises.
In a day when dog people are being harassed from every quarter, this is
important stuff to know.
